Instructions

- In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and orange zest until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, beating well to combine.
- Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just blended.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
