- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
- While blending, slowly drizzle in olive oil and continue to mix.
- Add lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper. Blend until combined.
- Mix in fresh herbs.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with bread or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with pita chips for extra crunch.
