- 1 cup ube halaya
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ube halaya, coconut cream, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in brewed coffee quickly, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the ube mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining ube mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cocoa powder or crushed nuts on top before serving.
