Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates and almond flour until a dough forms.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to create the crust.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut cream until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and pour it over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a nuttier flavor, you can add chopped walnuts or almonds.
- This tart can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
