- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut cream, agave syrup, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract.
- Add the melted chocolate to the coconut mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart shell.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate with a higher cocoa content.
- Allow the tart to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
