Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut cream, agave syrup, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the melted chocolate to the coconut mixture and stir until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled tart shell.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
