  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and matcha powder in a bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Press the dough into a lined pan evenly and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt vegan chocolate chips with non-dairy milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the chilled base and spread evenly.
  5. Return to the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour.
  6. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
