Instructions
- Combine almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and matcha powder in a bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a lined pan evenly and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt vegan chocolate chips with non-dairy milk and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat.
- Pour melted chocolate over the chilled base and spread evenly.
- Return to the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For a sweeter bar, add more maple syrup.
