Instructions

- In another bowl, mix the coconut milk, mango puree, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool before serving.

- For added flavor, you can top with shredded coconut or fresh mango slices.
