A delicious and decadent vegan version of the classic lamington tart, featuring layers of rich chocolate and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and cocoa powder.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared tart pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  6. Let it cool completely before frosting.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the tart.
  8. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
