- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and cocoa powder.
- Stir in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared tart pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool completely before frosting.
- Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the tart.
- Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try adding a dash of almond extract.
- Make sure to use dairy-free chocolate for a fully vegan recipe.
