Ingredients

- 1 lb beef steak
- 1 baguette or crusty bread
- 1 avocado
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Slice the avocado, onion, and tomatoes.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the bread.
- Slice the grilled steak and layer it on the bread with avocado, onion, and tomato.
- Close the sandwich and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak before grilling.
- Feel free to add cheese or additional toppings as desired.
