A delicious Uruguayan steak sandwich filled with juicy grilled meat and fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak
  • 1 baguette or crusty bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the steak until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Slice the avocado, onion, and tomatoes.
  4. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the bread.
  5. Slice the grilled steak and layer it on the bread with avocado, onion, and tomato.
  6. Close the sandwich and serve.
