- 2 pounds turkey tails
- 1 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large Dutch oven, add the turkey tails, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and bay leaves.
- Cook in the oven for about 2 to 3 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Strain the oil and store the turkey tails in the oil for future use or serve immediately.
