- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup truffle oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fry shapes.
- Soak the potato fries in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Toss the fries in a large bowl with truffle oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder to the seasoning.
