- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and coffee liqueur until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of coffee liqueur.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
