- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed ladyfinger cookies
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, espresso, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in crushed ladyfinger cookies and chocolate chips.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Place on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use stronger espresso.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
