- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
- Optional: top with whipped cream or fresh berries before serving.
