A delicious and healthier alternative to traditional chocolate cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  5. Add chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
  • Optional: top with whipped cream or fresh berries before serving.
