- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced

- 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water for 20 minutes until softened.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the bell pepper and broccoli, stir-frying until tender.
- Stir in the soaked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the heat level by adding chili paste or fresh chili peppers.
