  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water for 20 minutes until softened.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add the bell pepper and broccoli, stir-frying until tender.
  6. Stir in the soaked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; mix well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
