Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Knead the dough until it’s smooth.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle.
- Cut the dough into strips and roll them into snails.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
- For a variation, add cinnamon to the sugar mixture.
