Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, cream cheese, butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
