Delicious and fudgy sweet potato brownies that are both healthy and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes and almond butter.
  3. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
