- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes and almond butter.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Great served with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
