Ingredients

- 1 pound ground veal
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground veal, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and allspice. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides.
- Remove patties and set aside. In the same skillet, add cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Return patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- These patties can be served with mashed potatoes or lingonberry sauce for an authentic touch.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated.
