- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound raw fish (like tuna or salmon)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon wasabi (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sushi rice and water; bring to a boil, then cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Cut wonton wrappers into triangles and mold them into cones, securing with a bit of water.
- Bake the wonton cones in the oven for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooled, fill each cone with sushi rice, fish, avocado, cucumber, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.

- Feel free to customize the filling ingredients based on personal preference.
- Wonton cones can be prepped ahead of time and filled just before serving.
