Instructions

- Add chopped strawberries, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in crushed graham crackers to add a cheesecake-like texture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
