Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  3. Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the chopped strawberries.
  5. Form the dough into small balls and fill them with the cream cheese and strawberry mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
