- 100 grams pistachios, chopped
- 200 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 150 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the self-raising flour and milk until combined.
- Add the chopped pistachios and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or a dollop of crème fraîche for added indulgence.
