Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat coconut milk over medium heat.
  2. Add curry powder, ginger, garlic, and onion and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the fish fillets and lime juice, and season with salt.
  4. Cover and steam for about 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with green chilies and cilantro before serving.
