Ingredients

- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 package rice crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, green onion, sesame oil, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.
- On each rice cracker, add a spoonful of the tuna mixture.
- Top with a slice of avocado.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to your desired spice level.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
