Instructions

- Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide into equal portions.
- Shape and place in a steamer lined with parchment paper.
- Steam for 25 minutes until cooked through.
