- 1 pound beef suet
- 2 tablespoons smoked sea salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
- Trim the beef suet to remove any sinew and cut into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the smoked sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the suet cubes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
- Place the cubes in the smoker and smoke for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Remove from smoker and let cool before storing.
