Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
  2. Trim the beef suet to remove any sinew and cut into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the smoked sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the suet cubes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the cubes in the smoker and smoke for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Remove from smoker and let cool before storing.
