Delicious and tender smoked beef cheek burnt ends that are a perfect treat for barbecue lovers.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef cheeks
  • 1 cup your favorite barbecue rub
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
  2. Trim excess fat from the beef cheeks and apply the barbecue rub.
  3. Place beef cheeks in the smoker and cook for approximately 6 hours.
  4. Wrap in foil and cook for an additional 2 hours.
  5. Remove from foil, cut into chunks, and toss in barbecue sauce.
  6. Return to the smoker for another hour.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Let the burnt ends rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  • Adjust the barbecue sauce amount to taste.
