Delicious sardine patties bound together with egg yolk for a satisfying and nutritious dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sardines, drained
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sardines, egg yolks, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, mustard, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of sauce or garnish.
