Healthy and delicious Rosemary-Parmesan Cauliflower Breadsticks perfect for snacking.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice (approximately 1 medium cauliflower head)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir the mixture thoroughly until everything is evenly blended.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out into a rectangle shape, ensuring it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Using a brush, lightly coat the top of the cauliflower mixture with olive oil for added flavor and crispiness.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges turn a lovely golden brown and the center feels firm to the touch.
  6. Once baked, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Cut into strips or sticks for serving.
  7. If you like, garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs to add a touch of elegance.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy flavor, consider mixing in 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Pair these sticks with marinara sauce for a delightful dipping experience.
