- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, basil, olive oil, salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture over the pastry.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free pie crust.
