- 4 pieces beef marrow bones
- 1 teaspoon smoked Maldon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the bone marrow bones upright in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is soft and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Sprinkle with smoked Maldon salt and garnish with parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the marrow.
Notes
- For an extra flavor boost, you can add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the bones before roasting.
- Bone marrow is best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
