Delicious roasted bone marrow served with a sprinkle of smoked Maldon salt, perfect as an appetizer or a gourmet treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces beef marrow bones
  • 1 teaspoon smoked Maldon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place the bone marrow bones upright in a roasting pan.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is soft and bubbling.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  5. Sprinkle with smoked Maldon salt and garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the marrow.
