A delightful dessert that combines tart raspberries with a rich custard topping, baked until golden.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Spread raspberries evenly in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the raspberries.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
