  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture.
  5. Fold in raspberries gently.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool.
