Ingredients

  • 200 grams Raffaello chocolates
  • 300 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 200 milliliters coconut cream
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet ladyfingers
  • 50 grams desiccated coconut, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Dip ladyfingers quickly in brewed coffee and layer them in a dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Chop half of the Raffaello chocolates and sprinkle on top.
  5. Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
  6. Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the top.
  7. Finish with a layer of coconut cream and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, let the coffee cool longer.
  • You can use whipped cream instead of coconut cream for a lighter texture.
