- 200 grams Raffaello chocolates
- 300 grams mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 200 milliliters coconut cream
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet ladyfingers
- 50 grams desiccated coconut, for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in brewed coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Chop half of the Raffaello chocolates and sprinkle on top.
- Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
- Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the top.
- Finish with a layer of coconut cream and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, let the coffee cool longer.
- You can use whipped cream instead of coconut cream for a lighter texture.
