  2. Add the sugar, salt, and olive oil; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rise for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the dough into buns and place on a baking tray.
  7. Let the buns rise again for about 1-2 hours.
  8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
