Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the pistachios until finely ground.

  3. Add honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the cake pops for about 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate chips and dip each cake pop, then return to the parchment paper.
  7. Let them cool and set before serving.
