- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes and onion.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes and onion with eggs, salt, pepper, and flour until well combined.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop the potato mixture into the skillet and flatten it to form a cake.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
