- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the potato slices in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
- Start to layer the slices in a spiral pattern in a muffin tin to form rose shapes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each potato rose.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
