Delicious and elegant potato roses that are perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potato slices in the olive oil mixture until well coated.
  5. Start to layer the slices in a spiral pattern in a muffin tin to form rose shapes.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each potato rose.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
