Deliciously cheesy and crispy potato sticks, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, flour, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Form the mixture into sticks.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the potato sticks until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm.
