- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, flour, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form the mixture into sticks.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the potato sticks until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
