Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
- Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Toss the pork belly cubes in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the pork belly cubes on the smoker rack and cook for 2-3 hours, or until a nice bark forms.
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot as is or with your favorite sides.

- For extra flavor, you can marinate the pork belly overnight.
