Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix until combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Divide the batter into portions and tint with food coloring.
  7. Pour colored batters into the crust, swirling with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
