Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and combined with the butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and chopped pistachios to the pot and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and press down evenly.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, add more chopped pistachios on top before letting them cool.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
