- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package pistachio pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, pistachio pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped pistachios on top before baking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- These bars can also be frozen for future enjoyment.
