Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ground pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachio paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and eggs until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the ground pistachios.
  6. Fill the donut pan halfway with the batter, then add a spoonful of pistachio paste and top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before drizzling with melted white chocolate.
