- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 medium cooked beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the pineapple, beet, spinach, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- If desired, add honey and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add more honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
- You can substitute almond milk with any non-dairy milk of your choice.
