Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Mix well and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, eggs, and cinnamon to the oat mixture.
  3. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
