  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for filling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add the granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites until combined.
  5. Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Let the macarons dry for about 30 minutes or until a skin forms.
