- 2 oranges (zested and juiced)

- 100 grams ground almond
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix in the orange zest and juice.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and pour the batter into a greased cake tin.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.

- You can substitute the polenta with almond flour for a gluten-free option.
