  • 1 cup cooked beets, pureed
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine beets, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
